Mier 9.0 was brewed in August 2012 in Kreuzberg and displays its local Berliner roots proudly. The recipe was slightly fine-tuned to make it a bit more malty. The Cascade Hop levels were maintained and the end product is a robust, sweetish Mier that is extremely palatable.
This Mier has been received with much enthusiasm with many complements for the taste and many who value the hand work that goes into producing this Mier.
With the release of Mier 7.0, it became apparent that we need to differentiate between the different versions of Mier to not confuse the consumers. It also brought us back to the original idea of every region having it’s own unique Mier.
